If the problem continues, please ensure that your phone is in hands-free mode. If it’s not, it might use the phone’s built-in microphone, which can cause echoes, but it also depending on the model of your phone. You can also check if the person that your talking is in a speaker mode or in a hands-free set-up because it might cause the echo.
