Why don't I have sound null

Hey did you do it or them? If they did it, take it back and let they will instantly fix it. If you did it check the antenna connection. Mine was faulty and caused the radio not to play any sound.

Are you connected via Bluetooth? If bluetooth just start your must and it will play automatically. If you connected via sub you need to download the app.
