“I already have a pioneer receiver which i have my dvd, cd,cable connected too, how much of a difference will this make adding it to my system ?”

It depends on your setup and configuration. If your current receiver doesn’t have enough power for your speakers, or in theater setup no power at all for of the channels (eg., using pre out for surround back), then adding this unit could make a big difference. Alternatively, this unit could be added to power a second pair of speakers in addition to your main speakers connected to your receiver. No matter what configuration you use, this unit has solid and clean sound, but it doesn’t add power to your receiver, it replaces it for one set of speakers.
