• Yes, it's in the settings. I renamed all of mine.

• The input names are hard set,so it coincides with the remote control from what i see. You can't change it to something you want to type yourself. Only other way is to change the output source that you will be using from the HDMI source, ie, Game console playing ARC may switch to TV by default, you can manually assign it to another output, if it says assignable
