Yes, you will be able to if you tell the computer to read the player as a USB storage unit. Also, Pioneer provides their own software to transfer files called X-Dap link You can add your computer's music folder to it. It has a great user interface and is easy to use. Since we can't post links in our answers, google the product name and go to Pioneer's page for it. About 2/3rds of the way down, you will see the URL and further information.
