• It does have the ability to do that and are only limited by your phone. Funny enough, the caller can hear you really well, too. At least that's been my experience.

• You can not answer calls due to the fact that the Bluetooth connection is unstable and constantly drops. Which is fine because, if you were to answer the call, it would be barely audible and most likely muted in one ear.
