Hello! Our BackBeat PRO 5100 is mainly intended for cell phones and tablets. The unit may pair to your computer's internal Bluetooth adapter; However, it may loose some of its functions in terms of the buttons as the ear buds would not be pairing to a phone to answer regular phone calls. For Cisco Jabber and Windows 10 we recommend you to take a look at our UC products which are designed for PC connectivity.
