Yes, you can do so but we don't recommend leaving the headset or charging case connected to the charger for an extended time period since this might damage the battery in the long run.

Please try again later.I have been utilizing the "Plantronics Charging And Carrying Case" paired with the "Plantronics Voyager 5220 Bluetooth Headset" for appx. two months and I charge the case continuously, morning, noon and night with the "Plantronics Voyager 5220 Bluetooth Headset" inside the case and / or in the docking stand position and have not had and issue as of yet with continuous plugged in charging...
