“Will this headset work with a MITEL 5340e IP phone that is NOT Bluetooth capable? I would like to know before I order it, if it will not could you please send me a list of over the head headsets that will work with this phone? It has to be a CS Series.”

The CS500 will work with the MiTel 5340e, however there is no way to have call control from the headset, which means that you will have to manage your calls from the phone itself. Please don't hesitate to contact us at www.plantronics.com/support if you have any further questions.
