Is this compatible with Avaya One X softphone? null

Our CS520 wireless headset is mainly designed for office desk phones; However, you can make it PC compatible with the APU-75 EHS cable which provides USB connectivity and allow you to use it with Avaya One X. As for the answer/ignore and mute function on the headset itself, this will depend on the version you have.
