Hi Jen! The CS520 Wireless headset system is compatible with some office desk phones, thanks to its DECT technology. When it comes to being able to use the CS520 on the Vonage Business app on your cell phone, it wouldn't work as the headset itself would need to be paired to your cell phone through Bluetooth technology, and the headset does not have BT signal. In this case, using a Bluetooth wireless headset might be compatible with the Vonage Business App. Compatibility will mainly depend on the apps capacity to support Bluetooth headsets as a source of audio.
