Asked by Jennifer1.
- A:Answer Hi! This model seems like a CS520 (From our CS500 Series) which is compatible with an Avaya 9608G. Please note that if you would like to have call control feature (being able to answer/end calls by pressing one button on the headset) your phone also requires an APV-63 cable. Q: QuestionHello does the phone lifter come with the device my office uses a Avaya phone and it looks like that is what the device it connect to in the ad
Asked by Anonymous.
- A:Answer Hello, from the description of the product itself, most likely this product doesn't include the HL10 lifter as a bundle. We do headsets with a lifter as a bundle but this doesn't seem to be the case. Please confirm with your vendor. To confirm which adapter your phone needs, please contact our Compatibility Guide online: https://www.plantronics.com/us/en/support/compatibility-guide. Our customer Care Team is available at: https://www.plantronics.com/us/en/support/contact if you have any other questions.

Q: QuestionWhat is the connector configuration for the base unit? My PC uses a Creative Labs SOUNDBLASTER card, which takes 2 separate 3-conductor mini-jacks (one for mic, one for headphones.) I feed these, via a Y-connector, into a 4-conductor mini-jack socket.
Asked by CTBarnum.
- A:Answer Our CS500 series headsets are mainly intended for deskphone use, however, you can use this model on a computer using our APU-75 USB adapter. We don't have an audio adapter that is compatible with this headset system and uses standard 3.5mm audio connectors. Please don't hesitate to contact us at www.plantronics.com/support if you have any questions!

Q: QuestionWill this headset work with a MITEL 5340e IP phone that is NOT Bluetooth capable? I would like to know before I order it, if it will not could you please send me a list of over the head headsets that will work with this phone? It has to be a CS Series.
Asked by kelly.
- A:Answer The CS500 will work with the MiTel 5340e, however there is no way to have call control from the headset, which means that you will have to manage your calls from the phone itself. Please don't hesitate to contact us at www.plantronics.com/support if you have any further questions.

Q: QuestionCan the base headset unit plug into a landline multi-line telephone unit?
Asked by Gordo7.
- A:Answer That is exactly what our phone system is. We had to have a phone lifter to lift the receiver when answering. You can order those from the manufacturer.
