“What happened to the different sized rubber ear pieces and the plastic ear piece that goes around your ear that comes with this? It’s in the instructions. This is my third one and it seems every thing isn’t in the box. The ear thing is also larger. WTH?”

Hi! Please note this model comes with the USB charge strap and one medium size ear tip in the original package. If you would like a different size of ear tip, you should be able to find it with the following part number: 201955-02. We thank you for bringing this to our attention.
