“Hi I purchased the explorer 505 and after 3- days of use it said the battery is low and I should charge it I plugged the charger in the red light came on and and after 2-3 hrs charge nothing comes on and does nothing ?”

Try a different charger. I use a battery pack to charge mine, might need a lower amp charger. Also, light goes off when fully charged
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.make sure the charger is fully connecting with the phone. First time i went to charge i did not have fully inserted and saw not charging. If still a problem after checking that, then i would take it back to store for them to check and/or maybe replace it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The red light comes on when it is charging. No idea why yours is not charged after 2 to 3 hours. It should be fully charged. The red light on mine goes out once its charged.
