To select the language on your Explorer 500/505: Press and hold both the volume + and - buttons until you hear the headset say "Welcome". Follow the voice-guided prompts to select your language. Please try again later.i had to pair mine first,i went through the steps held down both volumes at the same time,heard the welcome in english,it took several trys so be patient if it dosent work the first time.ive had 8 of these truthfully for the money their the best.loosing them is a bummer.my model is the PLT-MITE15 shows PLT-E500 when paired with my iphone
