• look at your phones options I have a Samsung s4 and its on the screen when the call connects. But also check in your sound settings

• i think it comes with built in feature of noise reduction. I don't have any authentic information how to cancel. Thats all i know about. Tnx

• Lower the volume, move wand closer to your jaw
