• Hello- The CT14 is a cordless phone, but the headset itself has a corded connection to the phone.

• No it’s not, this can be confusing. The dial pad which you carry around with you, that is truly cordless. It connects to it’s base station wirelessly. However the headset that you speak into, connects to the dial pad with a wire. The unit is like a half measure between a regular corded phone and a truly cordless headset.
