I needed a landline phone with a headset to work for a company as a Home Based Agent for a customer contact center. After reviewing other offerings, I decided this one was what I wanted. It was for a single line, the phone was at DECT 6 and could clip on to my clothing. This would allow me freedom of movement. The sound quality is very good and the noise canceling mike keeps my conversations clear. For anybody that needs a phone with a headset to become more mobile or to satisfy a job requirement. This is the one.

I really like this product, it's easy to use, it's clear on sound, I can walk anywhere in the building without putting the customer on hold. I can retrieve voicemail from anywhere I am. Most of the time I stick it in my pocket because it's a pain to remove it from your belt every time you want to dial someone new. The numbers are tiny but that's what make it so compact, so I don't mind the tiny dial pad. Overall, this product really works for my situation. I love it, and would order it again.

I work a call center from home. I bought this headset phone for my home office. It is by far the best one that I have ever owned. The reception is very clear. I have used it non-stop talk for over 2 hours and the battery level still was as if it were freshly charged. Really like this phone and great quality for the price.

I have been looking for a headset for my home office for what feels like years. Either I couldn't hear or others couldn't hear me. This is totally worth the price. Battery life is outstanding. I am on the phone for 10 plus hours a day and never have a problem. Easy to use, great phone. There is a slight buzz, I got use to that. It isn't as some have posted. Don't let that stop you, it is faint and part of owning cordless. Great buy!!

I love being able to have my hands free when I talk on the phone for long periods of time. I can walk around the house and do things with my new plantronic phone and headset.

Got this to free my hands at work. Good little phone with better then average reception. Keys are a bit hard to see and would have been nice if the mute was a lil bigger hence the 4 stars.

The volume is not as high as I'd prefer, but the form factor and battery make this a great handy device.

It has a long battery life, very light & easy to use.

the only thing that i dislike about it is the keypad numbers are a little...ok alot small. other than that its great, battery life is awesome.

I would recommend this to anyone wanting to have their hands free while talking on the phone. Good value for the price. Comfortable and good sound quality. Forget that I have it on.

I purchased these for my Flowershop & they are amazing! They save us time & now we don't have to hold a phone on our shoulder when taking an order. Great quality!!

I have purchased this phone twice previously. I love the idea of walking around the house talking on the phone without having to hold the phone up to my ear. My hands are free to do other things while talking on the phone. The reason I purchased this phone twice before is that after three years they begin to experience problems. Since they are so reasonably priced I don't bother getting them repaired I just buy another one.

I bought this to replace an older Plantronics model. I love it! It's a little bigger, but the bigger key pad and screen are a plus for me. I especially like the battery indicator. It's perfect for chatting with friends, while getting something else done at the same time.

I purchased this for a home business. Quality product, small but very convenient form-factor. Easy to setup and operate. Provided the mobility and hands-free operation I needed.

I have had this unit for a couple months now and it is working fine. There is a slight hum/background noise when connected to a customer but not to bad and sometimes not noticeable. Other than that no problems at all and works great. I also have a work colleague that works phone support and has had this same unit for a couple years and still likes his.

The buzzing makes me reconsider the reputation Plantronics is known for. I will go with another brand next time bssed on a referral that I should've taken more seriously.

Works great. My wife uses it to talk with her sister while working around the house.

This is the second version I've owned of this model. The sound quality is very good but the headsets are very fragile. Wires must come loose or break because the headset doesn't last longer than a year.

The first unit that arrived simply would not take a charge, so I called and you sent me out a replacement. And then... it would not take a charge. Finally I called Plantronics and learned that this item is TEN years old. The man said it probably wouldn't take a charge because it's been in the box for ten years and the battery is simply too old. That was last week. Now I am awaiting the new battery he promised to send. This phone looks like it will be exactly what I need - but until I can get it to work, I won't know. My suggestion - there are people like me who have no cell phone access, so can't use bluetooth with our cell phones. We need a product such as this. So - tell people the true story and ship it with a fresh battery.
