• I walk all over a 5000 sq ft house and take the dog out to the yard and mailbox and still get good reception. It's my favorite phone to use. I just bought a second one so I have one on each floor.

• The unit is stored in the base, but when you walk around the unit goes with you. It clips to your waist or can fit in a pocket, so reception is good anywhere in my house.
