Will this phone allow me to use the auto-dial feature of the CRM software or must I always use the keypad to enter a number and dial? Could this be connected to an iMac by USB?”

The Dect 6.0 phone is actually meant to be hooked up to a landline, and as such is not meant for use with a CRM application and will not connect to an iMac via USB. Thank you for contacting us. Plantronics Customer Support 1-855-765-7878
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Like when you log into any Avaya System, one connected 99.9% of all dialing is using the keypad for your computer. The only time you will use the keypad on the phone is for login ID passwords (numerical usually).
