• Yes it does, specially tuned for the PSVR headset. Can't speak to any other use.

• It has a 3.5mm audio jack that fits the PS VR's audio input on the VR control unit. The PSVR processing unit provides the 3d sound processing so these will provide 3d audio when jacked into the VR headset.

• The 3D audio comes from the PS4 VR unit . Any stereo headphones will do it when plugged into the VR unit.
