QuestionShould i get these or the Razer Kraken Pros?I'm just stuck on deciding to get these or the krakens.

- Answer I don't have any knowledge regarding the Razer product, but I do own this Rig headset. I am more than satisfied with them, as they are a bit large in size, but not bulky or awkward. The sound quality is the best I have ever heard, with really good bass sound I never thought possible. It has a great mic as well, that picks up sound well. I have recommended this set to my other gaming friend, and he is going to get it as well. It would be great if this set was available for a test try in the store, but I can say it's a no brainer to buy.

- Answer This has both a dual connection (mic connection and speaker connection separate) and a single connection (like your cell phone or IPad). It just depends on your laptop connections, but since it works with both you should be set.

QuestionI bought these and im using xbox one but it working but i just cant talk mic monitering imshows up and voice chat mixer shows up but when i talk no one can here me i put the boom up and down several times it still not talking

- Answer Our RIG 505 and RIG 500 series headsets are compatible with devices that have a standard 3.5mm headset port like the original Xbox One and PlayStation 4 controllers. As long as your controller/device features a standard 3.5mm headset port it should be compatible and allow you to hear game audio through the headset.
