No, unfortunately not. It’s compatible with Xbox One or a Windows PC. I’m pretty sure the USB ports on the receivers are to play media files off of a flash drive, or possibly for service or firmware updates.

My guess would be no, the USB port on the receiver is just to read flash memory for playable files, not to connect devices meant for a Windows PC but it would be worth putting that question to Plantronics

No, those ports are for input only

This is for XBox and PC only. A USB port on a receiver would be an "input" connection. You would need an output if you wanted to listen to the receiver.. So no, you wouldn't use this headset with an audio or AV receiver.
