“So I have this blue light on the headset and it will it tell me the battery percent on the headset how do I fix it”

• If you push the on/off button up it will tell you if the battery is high medium or low

• On the original version of the RIG 800LX, the blue light would come on when you power on the headset and stay on. On the newer versions (product date code late 2018), the blue light on the headset should come on shortly after you power on the RIG 800LX. If you briefly press the power button up, once the headset is already powered on, you should see the blue light again and get the battery status. Is the headset otherwise working?
