Are you using the manufacturer supplied cable, and if so what’s the source of the power you’re charging it with( wall outlet, Xbox, Pc, etc.)? If you’ve tried changing the power source and your still having the same issue, contact the manufacturer.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello! We're sorry to hear this. You may want to try using a different micro-USB Cable and AC Power adapter to isolate the cause of the issue. Try holding the power switch in the upmost position for about 10 seconds to see if you get any response. If the unit doesn't charge or turn on after these steps then most likely the unit has an actual problem and it is best to replace it. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had same issue and cable I used it would light up red in a couple seconds the charging light would go out. FIX ….. for me was I let it sit five minutes or so and used a cable that went to the outlet, I then turned it on to listen for power on charging Bluetooth not connected then turned it off. It is now still charging. My Conclusion is that it was so dead from a few days of sitting that it needed a little more juice / power, maybe maybe not the turning it on and back off after it got a little juice helped. Or changing it from a cable to usb to a cable to a wall outlet. I really just thing it was that dead and the on off also helped it. Probably just dead. Mrnic5guy
