Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello! Our Voyager 3220 is compatible with any device that supports Bluetooth Headsets; However, as you know, your PC is equipped with a internal Bluetooth adapter. Bluetooth technology works through several Bluetooth profiles, and these are the ones that the Bluetooth card should have to at least allow a connection to the headphones: Audio transmissions, Hands Free (HFP) and/or Headset (HSP)Bluetooth profiles and Advanced Audio Distribution Profile (A2DP). Nowadays many computers have Bluetooth built-in but not all of them support Bluetooth headsets. Many times, these drivers are not installed by default – even on new computer installations. In order to try to pair it to your PC, you will need to manually set your earpiece in pairing mode. To do so: Press and hold the call button for 6 or 8 seconds until the the indicator light flashes red and blue repeatedly. This means your earpiece is in pairing mode. We strongly recommend you to consider using the UC version. This version is intended for PC as it includes a USB adapter that ensures PC connectivity.
