• Should work with soft phone but I think you will need the Bluetooth USB plug.

• If the Cisco phone has Bluetooth integrated with it, yes it will work. This device supports full A2DP support and will pair with just about anything. Since it is a headset first, it prefers phones, even VOIP phones, but it pairs fine with everything I've tried - laptops, Chromebooks, and Kindle Fires.

• If you have the uc USB connector also or if you get the model that is for phone systems. If the Cisco phone supports Bluetooth then it should work out of the box. I have one for a person at work that connects with a phone option. I have just the basic one for my cellphone.
