When it stops you have to shut if off then back on again. If that does not work reprogram it to the phone again. If that does not work call the manufacture.

If that doesn't work, bring it in to BestBuy (if you bought it here). Also, when you replace your Bluetooth headset, consider an inexpensive replacement warranty at BestBuy!! They are Legit!!
