When it stops you have to shut if off then back on again. If that does not work reprogram it to the phone again. If that does not work call the manufacture.

Make SURE it is charged then check it. If that doesn't work, erase the device from your phone and try re-pairing in to your phone. If that doesn't work, bring it in to BestBuy (if you bought it here). Also, when you replace your Bluetooth headset, consider an inexpensive replacement warranty at BestBuy!! They are Legit!!

the internal battery might have run its course and is completely drained or if you wear it during lets say working out or it got wet that will definitely stop it from working.

If it's over six months old.yes it's gone that model usually does go dead with out telling you.more likely I recommend that you buy insurance on any kind of Bluetooth to protect your investment.

This could be caused by a non-granular discontinuity in the local space-time continuum. Please make at least one jump to hyperspace and see if that fixes it.

It could be a battery issue. I would call the manufacturer to see if a repair or replacement can be set up through the warranty.
