• Yes it will. I pair it all the time between my ipad's and iphone, or even my work LG G2.

• I have parent mine with both my iPhone six, as well as my iPad air. At one point I even used to iPhone 6 is simultaneously, and found that the unit could be paired to both phones at the same time.

• Yes it will sync with both. I have mine connected to both my IPad Air and IPhone 6 now. I also use it with my Samsung Galaxy 5 S Active.

• Yes, the instructions for pairing through the Voice Commands are accurate and the device quickly paired to both my IPad Air 2 and IPhone 6+.
