A:Answer Turn the lens counter clock wise as you look at it. Make sure our grab onto the base of the filter (the part that screws onto your lens) also, you shouldn't have to force it on. If it doesn't rotate freely, it not screwed on properly. Remove & patiently reinstall. You shouldn't have make too tight when installing it.
