• Most small electronics such as phones are duel voltage as are portable chargers. You can safely charge with an adapter. Be sure to check the specs on your phone. If in doubt charge the charger and use it to charge a usb type device. Now a lot of hair dryers are duel voltage. You can look on the dryer and if it says 110/220 you can safely use it with just an adapter to fit the plug. We have never had a problem with electronics in Europe.

• It does come with a fast charging wall adaptor.

• I bought this to go to Europe, didn’t need anything else and worked perfect. Has two USB ports on the side that are a big plus.
