No, the watch face is higher. I have a Zagg to protect the watch face.

Not really! Protect your watch from any side hits and it's great quaiity product! I recommend you to get an screen protector ( I have Armorsuit) plus this cover and then you will have peace of mind about protect your watch

Yes and no. How the Watch case is made makes it look like it has a raised lip, but protects as if it does.
