“Does this product that is available to be purchased only give the strap? Or does it include the black frame for the tracker as well? Because I'd only be interested in getting it if it were both, I need a new frame as well. Hoping to get answers! Thanks!”

It ces with frame as well. But I was getting one for a Blaze and did not notice it was for a tracker..

It includes the frame as well. It's very nice and a good replacement when the only color they have in the original is "purple"!? Now I have a black strap watch.
