QuestionDoes this include the matching square frame or is this the strap only? Also, does this include necessary tools to remove links and re-size the strap?

- Answer Both previous answers are incorrect. It includes both the frame AND tools to adjust the strap. The tools are not great quality though; it is somewhat hard to remove links since the tools are mostly plastic.

- Answer This is adjustable. Comes with a tool to remove links and is large at first. I had to remove 5-6 links for an average/small men's wrist. Easy enough with tool included. Took some off each side.
