No, it does not come with Ps Plus trial.

I just bought this bundle a few days ago, and when I did the initial set-up, it asked if I wanted to purchase ps+ for a year and yes, one of the options was a free trial (i think for 7 days?). Might be a targeted offer since I've never subscribed before. I believe it's 25% off right now through the PS store on the console for Black Friday.
