Theres actually an initial setup option do to this as long as your old PS4 is still plugged in and on the same network. works very well and relatively quickly.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It's flawless. All you need is an Ethernet cable to plug into your PS4 Pro and your original PS4. Instructions on how to transfer data will come up during initial set up.

If so, it's as easy as hooking them up with an Ethernet cable and running through the transfer data process built into the console. That process will start automatically when you boot the new console. If you haven't yet bought a Pro, I recommend going into your system settings and uploading all you game data to the Sony PS Plus cloud. Then retrieving that info when you login to the Pro for the first time under your ORIGINAL account.
