Even if you can't manually turn off the Wi-Fi, you have to plug-in a password to get it to work. Just don't program the password in and problem solved. If you know it, ask mommy to change it. It's very simple. Second, this is hysterical. You're on supervision, can play video games and even getting a new gaming console, just can't have it accessing the internet? Parents these days.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You could just not hook it up to the internet.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You don't and do necessarily need Internet, for one if the PS4 Pro has an upgrade, then you'll need it. However, overall it should not be needed. It's typically used for game purchases, PSN members and PS members, communicating and hooking up to friends and creating your accounts for sharing etc... I don't know how to disable it though, but there might be a way to skip the process.
