Yes, there's at least two ways in which you can do so. The first (which is the one I did) that you can do is, once you get the Pro and set it up, you should be able to sign into your PSN account and download your games and save data from the cloud onto your PS4, assuming you have a PS Plus subscription *note, even if you don't have a PS Plus subscription you should still be able to download your games, not sure what that means for your saved data on the other hand. Though I must admit, for me this method took an extremely large amount of time to do, since I was downloading everything I had saved from my original PS4, but it really all depends on how strong your internet is, the weaker the slower and vice versa. The second, which might be the better way, is if you have a LAN cable. At this point all you will need to do is once you have the Pro all set up, just have your old PS4 & the Pro aside one another plug each end of the LAN cable into each of the console's and within your original PS4's settings go to System>Transfer Data from Another PS4. It will give you a screen telling you what data it will transfer onto the new PS4, beyond this point admittedly, I'm not exactly sure how this works since I didn't do this method, but I can recommend a really good and simple video on YouTube detailing this better. Just look up a channel by the name My Mate VINCE, he should have a video from about a year ago explaining this exactly. Personally looking back I wish I had done it the second way, after seeing how fast and simple it is, it really would've been super convenient. But nearly a year later I have my Pro up & running perfectly as if it was always the original PS4 I had so it really all comes down to personal preference, I hope this helped!
