• Only specific titles are available on playstation now and they are unrelated to previous digital game purchases.

• Unfortunately I believe the answer to this is no. The PS4 hardware is too different from the PS3 hardware. The only reason you can play PS3 games through PSNOW is because you are streaming them from Sony's server.
