- Answer Yes, you can add additional storage to the PS5 by removing one of the side panels and inserting an appropriate SSD into the PS5, just make sure you get one that is fast as to not slow down the PS5

QuestionFor someone who cares about being able to access the disc drive years down the line, is this/the original ps5 the way to go? Or will it face the same issues as the slim that requires internet connection to use it after any restart?

- Answer This model does not require a connection to use the drive. The sim model( has a line down the side) does require a connection

- Answer It is up to you. In my opinion, the slims only benefit is being smaller and has slightly more space. The slim does not include a vertical stand and it must be purchased separately.

- Answer Yes! It has the disc drive. However, it comes with a digital code to redeem the game via the PlayStation Store. It does not come with the game disc.
