• A:Answer Neither, it does not come with the game because it is an open box. This is how others get free games. They buy the console, take the game code out, return it to Best Buy and since Best Buy doesn't check anything, they refund your money and list it as Excellent. When you return it, they list it again as Good. They don't care.
