You cant use the gift card as a payment method on your credit card. If you want to use your trade in money towards your first 2 payments I would either sell it to someone, or take it to a store that will give you cash for it. But also remember if you do trade in at best buy and put your trade in value towards your new playstation, your payments will be lower a month.

The $110 from your PS4 trade-in usually just goes toward the upfront cost of the PS5 at checkout. If you’re using a financing option like in-store monthly payments or something like Klarna/Affirm, the trade-in credit will lower the total amount you finance, but it won’t count as future monthly payments. So you’d still make your normal monthly payments, just on a lower remaining balance.
