I think it is just the gimmick of having them on a tiny playstation reproduction. You do get the limitation of not having the dualshock sticks of the PS4 which may be a hit or miss depending on who you talk to. Personally it feels so weird going back to tank controls when we’ve been blessed with dualshocks for years.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.you can get the games on the network on sale, look for a sale, and get only the ones that interest you
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.PS network games run significantly better and smoother than the PlayStation classic.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Presumably it would be much cheaper to buy the standalone Playstation Classic unit rather than to buy the games from PSN. All the games would have to cost $5 a piece or less, and that's not factoring in the cost of the console, cables, or controllers. Downside is that you can't download more games other than the 20 included onto the console like you could with a PS3 or PS4, so you're stuck with what they give you. And as of now, it seems you can only use the old school PSX controllers included, and not a Dualshock or otherwise analog stick-equipped controllers.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The PS Network versions will be superior. This is just a quick cash grab by Sony.
