“I preordered this bundle but still didn't get the exclusive suit code in the box or on the receipt. How should I go about getting that code??”

I didn't receive it either. I called Best Buy support and they transferred me to a codes department. They were able to locate the code and email it out to me right there. Phone number I used was: 1.888.BEST.BUY 1.888.237.8289

Go to Best Buy's live chat and you can ask about missing DLC. Go ahead and ask them for a code and they will give it to you as long as you still have the order number.
