Given how long it took Sony to get the PSVR Bundles finally back in stock at most retailers, I wouldn't hold my breath. It will most likely be many more months before it appears back in stock in any decent quantity. Maybe by around the holiday season it might finally appear in quantity again at retailers, but until then, I highly doubt that it will be readily available at any retailer (online or brick-and-mortar stores). Especially due to the high demand and the fact that "scalpers" are buying up any stock that does manage to appear at retailers.

Who knows? But you can buy it on line through Best Buy and they will send it to you from the closest available store.
