• 1600 is the stock, 1866 is overclocked. Latency is 10

• Cas latency depends on the speed it's set to. If ran at 1866mhz it can be 9-10 depending on your motherboard. Standard speed for this is 1333mhz and overclockable to 1866mhz with XMP.
