A:Answer I didn't get a reply from PNY, so I ended up researching it more diligently. They have a PDF buried on their website that specifies that it has the JEDEC profile to run at 3200 Mhz. II went ahead and purchased it for my laptop, installed it, and it is showing 3200Mhz with a timing of 22-22-22-52. I reviewed it above.
