My low end laptop has a eMMc drive . will this ssd fit? null

emmc drive is usually soldered onto motherboard and cannot be upgraded

No SSD uses SATA socket, and eMMc is a different socket

I believe the eMMc drive utilizes a format other than Sata, which would render any Sata rev.3 drive useless to you. Your best bet is to upgrade your machine if you desire faster read/write speeds.
