• Yes but you will have to get the software cable to do this. Also you will need to have some knowledge of computers. But it take about 30 minutes to make a clone copy of the original Hard drive.

• If the original Hard drive connect to a sata connector. I think your model does but I want swear it does. Good luck. SSD make such a difference on speed and Battery life.

• No I'm sorry the hard drive you will need is an IDE not SATA interface.
