“is this good for gaming? i currently have a acer nitro 5 515-53 and added 1 8gb ram to the empty slot but plan on doing 2x16 gb but i have seen ones that are beter on price i just dont really understand the whole GB MB per second. please helaaap”

• It is very fast. I would go for the fastest one you can afford. In gaming especially it is speed, write and read is critical.

• Using an SSD in a game machine is optimal, then a standard HDD to store your games. That's the configuration that I run in my gamers. If you're using a laptop, get a USB Hard Drive Dock and a 3 or 4 TB standard HDD to store your games on. Again, that is the configuration I use on my gaming Laptop. MB (Megabyte) and GB (Gigabyte), Mb (Megabit) and Gb (Gigabit) (A Gigabyte is 1024 Megabits, the numbers before each of these designations is the speed, or transfer rate, of the device.
